They are intended mainly for the use of the players in those campaigns at the moment, so the profiles contain little or no statistical information, and only as much background information as the PCs have uncovered. Some of the characters mentioned have been lifted entirely, or in part, from published PS materials, and they are included here to give the players a complete record of the interesting NPCs that they have encountered. I will be updating this file regularly, expanding the NPC profiles as the PCs learn more about them, and adding new contacts. DMs running their own campaigns may also find some inspiration among this bizarre crowd. Althea Althea is a member of the Fated. She hired the Agency to investigate the situation at a condemned church in Lower Ward. Althea is a dusky skinned elf. Unusually tall (5'11") and thin, she has long, dark curly hair and dark brown eyes. She is starting to look middle-aged, but this only makes her seem more distinguished. She tends to dress in bright colours. Althea is a careful and meticulous woman, with a remarkable memory. Alvine Alvine is the mortal servant and spy of a powerful Efreet Master, Vagisha, She Who Weeps Fire. He travels around Sigil, and sometimes further afield at her direction, serving faithfully. A small, delicate, dark skinned human man, with neatly trimmed beard and moustache. He dresses in well cut but plain silk clothes, and his head is wrapped in a turban. He often gives the impression that he is listening intently, but he rarely speaks. Originally from a prime world, Alvine was dragged to Sigil by a vengeful genie he discovered in a lamp. His later determined effort to track down and destroy the genie attracted the attention of the Efreet Vagisha, who recruited him. Bathsheba An employee of the Agency, Bathsheba acts as a personal assistant to the City of Doors party, and an intermediary between them and their boss. Bathsheba is a tall, well groomed woman, with pale skin, and raven dark hair. Her slightly pointed ears and perfectly chiselled features suggest her mixed blood. She often wears spectacles, which just emphasis her sultry dark eyes. She speaks with perfect grammar, in a distinctly "English" accent. Most men find her walk hypnotic, although the effect does not seem to be deliberate. She is often rather frosty with men, and she seems a little bemused by the effect she has upon them. Bathsheba exhudes a chilly, efficient exterior, which very rarely slips. She simply does not show excesses of emotion, and seems to be able to approach every situation from a position of complete logic. She never discusses her past before joining the Agency. If really pressed she just claims that it is a totally uninteresting subject. She can usually be found at the Agency Townhouse. Beauty-for-Ashes A deadly and exotic courtesan of the Path of Silk Flowers. Beauty-for-Ashes is an Alu-fiend of drow extraction. Her dusky skin, white hair, and bat-wings make her one of the most distinctive, and in-demand courtesans in the city. She can usually be found in her house in the Path of Silk Flowers (Guildhall & Market Wards location 26). Bruno Giovan The disreputable son of Hallan Giovan, whose ambitions seem to have lead him to form ties with the criminal underworld. Bruno is a dashing young man in his mid-twenties. His blue eyes twinkle with a hint of mischief, and his blonde hair is always slightly tussled. He wears his armour and carries his weapons with the assured confidence of a student of some the region's most skilled fencing tutors. The party now consider him to be a manipulative schemer who hides his true nature beneath an easy-going, friendly facade. Cedra The owner of the Gruesome Cleaver Inn in Lower Ward. Cedra is a truly awe-inspiring sight. Just over six feet tall, she is trim and well built, with impossibly long legs. Her dark hair falls to her waist, and her smouldering eyes send most men weak at the knees. Her smile could melt glaciers. Her appearance is perfection (100) and her forceful presence (+15) just adds to the effect. The party now suspect that she is rather more than she appears (a Gaiahan Ogre?) and that there's something suspicious going on in her basement. Centras A Ragpicker and Collector who can prove useful as a guide around certain parts of the Hive and Lower Ward. A middle aged man in the grubby grey-brown robes of a collector. He always keeps his hood down very low. A close look shows that he has a scar across the right hand side of his lip and down his chin. He can usually be found in Ragpicker's Square. Charles Witherspoon A well-respected physician, who also does charity work. Doctor Witherspoon stands 5'10" and has receding dark hair and alert grey eyes. He has a florid complexion. He is cultured and well-mannered, never raising his voice unless he is extremely angered. He can be found at his home (Lady's Ward 27 - now a pile of rubble) or the Brandy Lane Free Clinic (in Lower Ward). Clarent A thief of Deathport, who has run afoul of the guilds there. A small, lithe man, dressed in comfortable fitting black. His black hair is carefully trimmed, as is his goatee. He usually carries a rapier and stiletto in plain view, but he always has many concealed short blades about him (the party have seen him "suiting up"). Clarent is a thief who found his way into Deathport. After a few successful years in the underworld, he had the misfortune to stumble into the path of the Blood Roses, and seriously damage one of their operations. The Blood Roses decided that he had to go, and someone within the organisation made sure that he fell foul of the Illuminated. A follower of Tyche, Clarent accepted the strange episode that followed as a test (or joke) from his goddess, and went straight back to his usual tricks after he'd been rescued from the mess by the City of Doors party. He has acknowledged his debt to the party, and has encouraged them to look him up if they ever visit Deathport. Cromwell Manathas Harmonium Namer. Owner of a strange church in Lower Ward. Cyrus Steed Dirk's father, and the current head of the Steed family. A tall, dark-haired man of elegant dress. He wears his age with grace, and the twinkle in his eye is beguiling. Cyrus seems to be of pure human blood, so presumably Dirk has inherited his Aasimar traits from his more obviously angelic mother. Like most of his family, Cyrus is a dedicated Sensate. He can usually be found at the family estate or the Civic Festhall. Decima Domenico A family enemy of the Steeds, who seems to have a particular talent for annoying Dirk. A tall, stately woman, with long powerful legs. She has dusky skin and long, dark, curly hair. Something of a trend-setter, she often wears men's clothes. Decima is narrow-minded and petty, which is just how her father brought her up to be. It is also a criminal waste of her talents. She is a bright and charismatic woman, and she could be a very successful businesswoman or politician, if she were more open to the possibilities. Decima seems to think that it is her business to make Dirk's life a misery. She is the eldest daughter of another noble family, whove always had something against the Steeds. Dirk isnt quite sure where it all started, though hes heard rumours that his father stole the affections of his mother from Marco Domenico, who was engaged to her at the time. Whatever the cause, the head of the Domenico family has managed to install a raging hatred of the Steeds into his family, and Decima seems to have made it her mission in life to ruin Dirks fun. Most annoyingly, she never, ever resorts to a head-on fight. Dirk is pretty sure that he could give her a sound whipping, but shes not about to give him the chance. Instead her most favoured mode of attack is to warn off his potential conquests, or even worse, swipe them for herself. Quite frankly, the woman is a bitch. Dentley A Dustman scholar, usually to be found among the records of the Mortuary. Dentley is a middle-aged human male, going slightly to fat. He has receding brown hair and a beard, both of which are gently shot through with grey. He always wears Dustman robes. Derioch Ysarl A Bleaker "enforcer" - trusted to get things done quietly and quickly. Derioch isn't a young woman - she's in her forties, and each year has left a mark on her face. She usually wears dull brown and grey robes, and her salt'n'pepper hair is left to it's own devices. Deroich can be a gloomy sod, but the one thing that enlivens her is getting business done for the Bleak Cabal. When it comes to getting things done, she is precise and deadly. She has a notable vice though - she smokes a particularly potent narcotic - though only rarely. Woe betide anyone who suggests that she's addicted. She can usually be found in The Gatehouse, or the Whip & Trident Tavern (both in Hive Ward). Eldrida A member of the Sign of One. Eldrida always looks harassed and nervous. A small, twitchy elf woman, with raven dark hair and constantly moving hands. She speaks softly and with hesitation, and she doesn't like looking you in the eye. Eldrida tends to get stressed easily, and she's developed a lot of little nervous habits to distract herself. Gerridan Leon's uncle, and often, tutor. Gerridan is in his forties. He is of medium height, with black, curly hair (as is common with the tribes of Earth) and sparkling blue eyes (which seems to be a family trait of the Romornovs). The family resemblance with Leon is obvious. Gerridan settled in Sigil around twenty years ago. He lives in a small house in Market ward, a few streets away from the Great Bazaar. He makes his living as a fortune teller, but is also known to handle, and sell, gem stones and jewellery. Gheldieg A money-changer based in Market Ward. He seems to have connections with the criminal underworld. A tall, thin-faced man with a mop of blonde hair. He tries his best to be tidy, but usually seems unkempt and a little drowsy. Gwynfor A fanatical half-elf assassin, originally hired by a splinter group of the Sign of One to kill the PCs. He has broad shoulders and a barrel chest. He has short reddish hair, and his face wears a permanent sour expression. Gwynfor has now been taken onto the Agency payroll, and is being watched very carefully. Hazel A buxom blonde, formally a waitress at the Bleeding God Inn in Lower Ward. Hazel is a well endowed young lady with a pleasant smile, long blonde hair and sparkling eyes. She is usually a bit careless with her appearance, but when she has a current "fancy man" she makes an effort, and her true beauty appears (appearance 82). Hazel has a earthy, Lower Ward accent. She has a tendancy to be sullen, but in a good mood she can be a bit of a joker. Following some very good fortune while on a night out with Dirk (while playing a hand of poker in The Fortune's Wheel) Hazel now finds herself in possession of a large amount of money. Although she has announced to Dirk with some bravado that she will open her own business, probably in Market Ward, she really isn't sure how to carry on. She has quit her job at the Bleeding God and is staying in an Inn in Guildhall Ward while she contemplates her future. Hitoshi Hitoshi is an exotic looking dwarven woman who occasionally works for the agency as a trusted Mentalist. Hitoshi is about 4 feet tall, with long black hair, usually neatly tied in a bun. Her figure is elegant and agile, but distinctly broad shouldered. Her face, despite her oriental features and complexion, has some qualities that are distinctly dwarven;a strong jaw-line and deep skull. Her exotic beauty is apparent to even the most unappreciative of races; to many dwarves she would be the very vision of perfection. Hitoshi usually dresses in loose, comfortably robes or trouser suits in vivid colours. Hitoshi is deeply perceptive, and has an instinctive talent for noting details of character. Her manner is usually mildly humorous, though she can become scathing if she needs to put someone in their place. Hulester A former Anarchist agent who was staking out the Athar. His cover was blown, and for a while he just propped up the bar at the Ubiquitous Wayfarer. Leon gave him away to the Harmonium, but he was saved from the law by Tiberius, who was principled enough to warn him, but dumb enough to get caught for it. Of average height, Hulester is almost painfully thin, and has a long, hook nose. He tends to keep his eyes downcast, and seems uncomfortable meeting anyone's gaze. He has long, dirty blonde hair, and grey eyes. He is middle-aged, and is now rather careless of his appearance. He often has a few days growth of beard. He tends to dress in mis-matched colours and styles. He has a deep, gravely voice. Jack Lost A fallen paladin, dispirited by his experiences in the Blood War. Jack is a middle-aged man. His tall, wirey frame is still knotted with muscle, though he is clearly not in peak condition. His hair is long, unkempt, and perfectly white. He often has a few days' worth of beard. Jack is a confused, tortured man. He has spent most of the last five years drunk, and his finding sobriety very difficult. Calandra has taken him on as one of her "projects". Janyl Leafeater A Bariaur with two distinct personalities. His unstable condition seems to have been brought about by a strange book. When he's in a stable phase (usually in his trader personality) he is well groomed, clean and well equipped. If he looses himself in his childhood persona for too long he becomes very unkempt (and frankly a bit smelly). Janyl Leafeater is very unstable, but is largely unaware of the fact. There are at least two versions of himself vying for supremacy in his head. One version of him is a polite, collected and wily trader, experienced in dealing with the dealers and fraudsters of Sigil. However, he has extended episodes where he regresses to a childhood version of himself. During this time he has a tendency to latch on to someone and treat them as his mother. He demands stories on a regular basis. He will also often regress into an almost infantile state where he will repeat some aimless task endlessly. Larissa the Fence Washzephyr's Fence. To be found in The Mermaid's Cups. Larissa is a petite, pretty woman, with long, slightly curly black hair and coffee coloured skin. Her dazzling smile and inviting curves have tempted many a man to take a risk. Most of them end up regretting it. Larissa can play dumb when it's to her advantage, but she's actually a shrewd and wise dealer. She's been in the business a long time, which is ample proof that she's got talent and luck. Loring This mysterious figure first encountered the Great Ring party as they tried to protect the portal in Laughing Cat Alley. He is always wrapped in a long, deep blue cloak, but the party have seen enough of him to suspect that he is a deva of some kind. Lowell A clerk of the Bleak Cabal, working in the Gatehouse. A rather plain, sandy haired man heading towards middle age. He usually wears dull tan robes. Lowell is scrupulously polite, almost to a fault. In fact his adherence to good manners verges on obsessive. It also marks him out rather from other Bleakers, giving him a unusually sunny air. He can usually be found at The Gatehouse (Hive Ward). Lydia A Bounty Hunter known to work for various underworld organisations. Lydia is a half-Elf standing a hair short of six feet. Her lithe, athletic figure indicates her martial training. She has golden blonde hair that she keeps braided in a long ponytail, and her grey eyes indicate her Elven ancestry. She wears simple, utilitarian clothes, preferring to wear her armour at all times. Leon has good reason to remember her fondly. Magdelana Collector leader working in the Gatehouse area. Magdelana is a sweet looking half-elf girl just out of adolescence. Her blonde hair is cropped in a short bob and she keeps herself looking clean and innocent - all the better to make her living by deals and scams. Judging by the party's experiences with her, she is a ruthless and painfully practical young woman. Margarita Giovan The second wife of Hallan Giovan, patriarch of an old trader family. The party have heard rumours that she is trying to undermine her husband's control of the family business. She lives on the family estate in Tradegate. Mason Mason is the unusual but amiable bar tender at the Sandstone Inn (Clerk's Ward). A huge figure of caramel coloured stone, Mason usually wears only some tough leather pants. Despite his size he is very dextrous, and seems to have no trouble handling the glasses that are dwarfed in his hands. The Great Ring party have used him to get a message to Teagan. Mourner Tom A collector. Mourner Tom is a thin, short man usually dressed in discarded finery, with a dull, ragged grey cloak over the top of it all. He is missing a tooth or two, and has a nasty scar across the back of his right hand. The only sign of his mixed (Tiefling) blood is his pinkish eyes and his claw-like nails. Mourner Tom is now the self-proclaimed leader of a group of ever changing Collectors. Tom likes attention, and anything that allows him to palm work off on someone else. He is usually backed up by a big, sullen man that he calls Billy. Billy never talks, and Tom suspects that he's actually a bit mad. Tom looks out for him, and in return, Billy's lurching, threatening form is never far off. Myckella Rather sombre and depressed Dustman Goth. Rather attractive, and so has gained Dirk's interest. Petite, and very pretty under her Goth gear. She is, however, almost permanently depressed about everything, and doesn't smile. She can be found at The Mortuary or the Skull & Sigil tavern. Nebit Hired by the PCs as a snitch, looking out for information in The Hive Ward. Nebit is a young man of about 22. He looks rather older though, thanks to the worry lines and ingrained dirt. His scraggily beard and mop of blonde hair is usually matted, his clothes are the best that he has managed to cobble together. Nora A rumourmonger who plies her trade in the Hive (Faction house). Nora deliberately dresses herself down. She is actually rather pretty, but she hides it under dirt, rags and matted hair. She has learnt that it is easier for an ugly woman to be safe in the Hive. Ofec Thimony's apprentice and murderer, who is now mentally unbalanced. Ofec has stringy, greasy black hair and a patchy, scraggy beard. His complexion is unhealthily pale, and his beady eyes are constantly in motion, scanning his surroundings for threats both real and imagined. He wears a long black overcoat studded with many pockets holding a variety of tools. Following his killing of his master, and his becoming trapped in a demon growing in Sigil's sewers, Ofec has descended into madness. His protests concerning his immense power were ignored, and for his own good he has been committed to The Gatehouse. Radak A grim, moody halfling with some authority within the Bleakers. Radak is of average height but rather thin for a halfling. His face looks positively skull-like, with his eyes deeply sunken. He usually wears dull greys and browns, and he always wears boots. Radak is a senior custodian in the Gatehouse - it's his job to make sure that the barmies are locked up snug and safe. This means that he has a certain amount of authority in the Bleakers - though he doesn't like to be reminded that his influence is small. Relinda Winged Elf waitress at the Shimmering Rose Tavern. Clearly knows Dirk quite well. A lithe, delicate creature, with golden, feathered wings. Somerton Dee A novice lawyer and a Namer of the Fraternity of Order. Attached to the office of the senior lawyer Uzzaih Garth. Somerton is a thin, rather plain human, with a beak of a nose and an unruly mop of blonde hair. A pair of wire frame glasses perch on his nose. Actually rather tall, he has a tendency to stoop over, disguising his full height. A young man, his skin is still rather pimply, and although he tries to dress neatly, he never manages to pull the desired effect off. Somerton has a unswaying belief in truth and justice. His master, Uzzaih Garth, admires his talent, but believes that his principles will prevent him from reaching his full potential. Somerton would probably argue that his talent would be wasted if it were not being used for good. Somerton took on the GR party's case when the Blood Banners tried to frame them for murder. Teagan A scholarly member of the Planewalkers. She acts as a major organizer of the Planewalkers in exile. A petite half-elf with thick blonde hair in a wild style of braids and dreadlocks. She tends to wear soft leathers and often sports "war paint". Her face is very young, and she can sometimes appear even childish. She carries no obvious weapon. Teagan is by nature a flighty, unpredictable character. However, her current situation has made her more careful, and far more organized. Still inclined to take impulsive risks, she has however developed a talent for long term planning. Teagan delights in music and poetry, and she has a complex sense of humour. Her laughter is infectious, and despite some annoying habits, most people find her impossible to dislike. The Collector The mysterious and powerful creature that kidnapped the spirit of a mass murderer from under the very noses of the PCs. Having conferred with Dustman scholars, the party have now learnt that creature is a Ultroloth Daemon, who has appeared in Sigil several times over the last few centuries. Tolmac Stall holder in the Great Bizarre. Deals in weapons and armour. Tolmac is a tall, lean Tiefling, with ass' ears and six fingers on each hand. His face has a pinched, starved look, and his smile always verges on a leer, regardless of who he is talking to. He always wears a distinctive suit of padded leather armour, with neatly spaced diamond studs. He does not usually carry any obvious weapons, but appearances are deceptive. Tolmac is a hardnosed trader with a weakness for beautiful woman. His tastes are inclined towards the exotic, but any pretty woman who smiles at him is likely to get a slightly better deal. His weakness aside, Tolmac is actually an accommodating, hardworking trader, who has a number of loyal customers who know that they can trust him. He also has connections, and he's unlikely to be touched by anyone who knows of them. He can be found at his stall in the Great Bizarre. Has been known to flash his smile at Jin (but she's usually too far gone to notice). Ulfwood A warrior of Odin, seeking the Valkeryes. A big, broad-shouldered man, with rippling muscles. He wears his blonde hair and beard long. He usually dresses in furs and wool, often with some chain mail protection. He carries a battleaxe, a couple of handaxes, and a heavy longsword. Ulfwood was a victim of the Illuminated. They were about to brainwash him for use as a sleeper when the CD party rescued him. Ulfwood does not forget such things. He plans to gather a force of warriors and take the Illuminated out. Uriel Dawn Well placed member of the Society of Planewalkers. A rather handsome man, with a mane of silver-gold hair and piercing bright eyes. He is tall (6'2") and trim, and usually dresses in pale colours while in town. His clothes are always of elegant cut. His voice is melodious and clear. Unfortunately he tends to come across as a bit of a know-it-all, and many people find him rather irritating. Xavon A female Bariaur. An ex-adventurer who is usually now to be found in the ale tents of the Great Bazaar. Xavon wears a mismatched collection of ill-kept armour. Her left arm is missing from the elbow down, and her general appearance has been neglected. Xavon is a drunked. However, she is an experienced adventurer and she's seen a lot of the planes. Useful tips can usually be got out of her for a few drinks. She has gold-tipped horns, a well-groomed golden coat and a good amount of jewellery. She is considered very beautiful among her kind. Oldina is a lone trader, and she is happy to deal in art, jewellery and minor magic. She offers a fair deal, then sells the stuff on, often in the Outlands. 10 2 $ [$@$NormalmH H@H Heading 1$<@&5CJKHOJQJF@F Heading 2$<@&56CJOJQJD@D Heading 3$<@&CJOJQJnH D@D Heading 4$<@&5CJOJQJ<A@<Default Paragraph FontJOJComet Main Head$5CJ0OJQJmH FOFComet Sub Title$CJOJQJmH 6O6 Scenario Main$mH BO"BScenario Main Head$@& mH @O!2@Scenario Sub Head$@& mH JOBJSection Heading$5CJOJQJmH FORFSub section Heading$5mH 8Ob8 Subheading$ 5CJmH <Or< Comet text $ OJQJmH *B@* Body Textx2 @2Footer$ 9r mH 2@2Header$ 9r mH 2O2 Main text$CJmH &)@& Page NumberDOD Part Heading$5CJOJQJmH LO!LTroi Main Head $CJ KHOJQJJOAJTroi Section Head OJQJmH *O*Index 5OJQJLO1L PS Main Head !$B*CJ(OJQJnH@O@ PS Sub Title"$CJOJQJmH @O@RM System Head#5CJ OJQJi 0 } A &-4;AFM)SY`fi h_4? 456CYZ[\]^_`abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz{|}GH'(`abi%&$% 0 1 c d e v ] ^ OPhi!"pq wx@ApqrCDMN$%?@AM|} bccd{|` a !!!!!!""##P$Q$R$Z$w$x$%%K&L&M&V&v&w&e'f'Y(Z([(d(((H)I)J)R)))2*3*******++V,W,".#.$.,...00a1b1c1l122647484B444[5\5 666666O7P7`8a8999999::::;;<<==)>*>^>_>`>r>>>~??<@=@>@E@AABACAJAAAAABBBBBB'C(CbDcDDDDDDDEE F F FFaFbFFFFFFFFGVGWG*H+HjHkHlHsHIIIIIIIIrJsJJJxKyKYLZL[LdLLLKMLMMMMMMMNNNNOOOOOO$P%PJQKQFRGRHR[R)S*SSSSSTTTTUUUUnVoVpV}VVVYXZXtYuYYYg h hhh|h}hiiiiis v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s -s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v: Recently, some of her actions have shown a disturbing ruthlessness. frankly, the woman is a bitch. He has a great interest in weapons and armour, and has used a windfall to set up a side business dealing in them. His interest often outweighs his scruples, and if he's presented with a piece that he likes, he will often purchase it with no mind to where it might have come from. n Merfyn According to Gwynfor, this is the man who hired him to kill the party. He is also the leader of the Signer splinter group trying to break into the strange church. Apparently he is an elderly man, who limps badly and leans heavily on a staff. He also has only one eye. muchorganiserorganised Wecelo Amadeus A fence who can usually be found in the Gatehouse Night Market. Wecelo is a tall, lanky half-elf, with long dark hair and a goatee. He's lost his left eye, and wears a brown leather patch over almost half his face. He'd probably be quite handsome without the damage. Nebit suspects that he's an anarchist, but if the party don't mind that, he's also a very discreet fence. Wecelo will buy anything, regardless of how hot it is, if he thinks that "his people" can use it. 6 .vxLN~ X\"$ [$@$NormalmH H@H Heading 1$<@&5CJKHOJQJF@F Heading 2$<@&56CJOJQJD@D Heading 3$<@&CJOJQJnH D@D Heading 4$<@&5CJOJQJ<A@<Default Paragraph FontJOJComet Main Head$5CJ0OJQJmH FOFComet Sub Title$CJOJQJmH 6O6 Scenario Main$mH BO"BScenario Main Head$@& mH @O!2@Scenario Sub Head$@& mH JOBJSection Heading$5CJOJQJmH FORFSub section Heading$5mH 8Ob8 Subheading$ 5CJmH <Or< Comet text $ OJQJmH *B@* Body Textx2 @2Footer$ 9r mH 2@2Header$ 9r mH 2O2 Main text$CJmH &)@& Page NumberDOD Part Heading$5CJOJQJmH LO!LTroi Main Head $CJ KHOJQJJOAJTroi Section Head OJQJmH *O*Index 5OJQJLO1L PS Main Head !$B*CJ(OJQJnH@O@ PS Sub Title"$CJOJQJmH @O@RM System Head#5CJ OJQJJh 0 } A &-4;ATGJMPS Z`fJh h>3 456CYZ[\]^_`abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz{|}GH'(`abi%&$% 0 1 c d e v ] ^ OPhi!"pq wx@ApqrCDMN$%?@AM|} bccd{|` a !!!!!!""##P$Q$R$Z$w$x$%%K&L&M&V&v&w&e'f'Y(Z([(d(((H)I)J)R)))2*3*******++V,W,".#.$.,...00a1b1c1l122647484B444[5\5 666666O7P7`8a8999999::::;;<<==)>*>^>_>q>>>}?~?;@<@=@D@@AAABAIAAAAABBBBBB&C'CaDbDDDDDDDEEF F FF`FaFFFFFFGSGTG'H(HgHhHiHjHqHIIIIIIIIpJqJJJvKwKWLXLYLbLLLIMJMMMMMMMNNNNOOOOOO"P#PHQIQDRERFRLRRRPSQSSTTTUT]TTTTTkUlUVVWWMXNXOXVXXXYYZZU[V[W[e[[[ ] ] ]]R]S]^^__i`j`````(a)abbccccDcEc.d/dddddddeeffffff.h/h;hFhKhs v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s -s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:s v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v: v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v: v:v:v:-v:v: v:v:v:v:v:-v:v: v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v: v:v:v:. 0 0&P . She has a soft cat's tail, also covered in fur. She usually wears comfortable, but flattering clothes in dark colours. Kianshea works as a barmaid in the Sword & Buckler tavern, which is well known as a recruiting ground and dealing house. It's position, on the very edge of Lower Ward, makes it a perfect place for the city's high-ups to meet the kind of people willing to do some dirty work. Kianshea has an unusual ability; her saliva is poisonous, a talent that she has occasionally used to earn some extra cash from assassinations. Despite having first met the party under very strained circumstances, her attitude has softened slightly, thanks to their generous behaviour towards her. Inevitably, Dirk has shown further interest in her.The thing has an interest in powerful, malevolent spirits and has abducted a select few - includ-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v: v:v:v:-v:v: v:v:v:v:v:-v:v: v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:$ [$@$NormalmH H@H Heading 1$<@&5CJKHOJQJF@F Heading 2$<@&56CJOJQJD@D Heading 3$<@&CJOJQJnH D@D Heading 4$<@&5CJOJQJ<A@<Default Paragraph FontJOJComet Main Head$5CJ0OJQJmH FOFComet Sub Title$CJOJQJmH 6O6 Scenario Main$mH BO"BScenario Main Head$@& mH @O!2@Scenario Sub Head$@& mH JOBJSection Heading$5CJOJQJmH FORFSub section Heading$5mH 8Ob8 Subheading$ 5CJmH <Or< Comet text $ OJQJmH *B@* Body Textx2 @2Footer$ 9r mH 2@2Header$ 9r mH 2O2 Main text$CJmH &)@& Page NumberDOD Part Heading$5CJOJQJmH LO!LTroi Main Head $CJ KHOJQJJOAJTroi Section Head OJQJmH *O*Index 5OJQJLO1L PS Main Head !$B*CJ(OJQJnH@O@ PS Sub Title"$CJOJQJmH @O@RM System Head#5CJ OJQJBc 0 } AE &O-@4;+AGMS9ZaBc RH:l&''''''u(v(w((((_)`))))) * * + +++O-P-Q-Y---//000011b3c3d3n33344:5;5<5L555677888899;;;;.</<c<d<v<<<==@>A>B>I>E?F?G?N?????@@@@@@*A+AeBfBBBBBBBCC D DDDdDeDDDDDEEWEXE+F,FkFlFmFyFFF[G\GGGaHbHBICIDIMIII/J0JnJoJpJvJJJKKKKKKLLLLM M.N/N*O+O,O2OrOsO6P7P9Q:Q;QCQQQQQQRRRSSTT3U4U5UcCcv:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v: v:v:v:-v:v: v:v:v:v:v:-v:v: v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v: v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:ev:s v:888899;;;;.</<c<d<XYYY'c(c3c>cCc" @``} $(-8w@EKbRLZb@acdeghiklmnpqrtub%xAXVcbfjosUnknownThe Computer CentreUnknown !! $HKbhioDJ7@ "5@ 3<nsu|QV[cF M Q!X!Y!^!!!<"I"m"t"$$8$?$%%y%%%%W&`&&&''w(~(`)g)<+D+v-}-..0000t1|111#3&33355<5A5B5K56666778889H9O999; ;^<a<d<k<v<<<<==B>H>2?6???{@@BBBBDD2D8D9D?DDDcFiFDILIpJuJJJLLLL M MNNNN,O1OhOpOsOxO7P0[[.TITLEThe Computer CentreThe Computer Centre|LI_TL_T pHbTv:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v: v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:s v: a x$%%K&f'Y(.0 4[56O7P7999999::::;;<<==)>*>^>_>`>AAAABFFFFkHlHsHIIIIIILKMFRGRHR[R)S*SSSSuYYYg h hhiiiii""""""v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:-v:v: v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:v:v:-v:v:v:v:v:ev:s v: a x$%%K&f'Y(.04[56O7P7999999::::;;<<==)>*>^>_>ABhHiHjHqHIIIIIILIMVXXYZ[ ] ] ]ddddddeefff/h0h;hFhKh""""" \``} $(-8w@EKbRLZb\acdeghiklmnpqrtub%xAXVcbfjosUnknownThe Computer CentreUnknown !! $HKbhioDJ7@ "' \gzNUxAF MU !!!!!!|""""R$Y$x$$H%O%M&U&w&&+'4'f'n'[(c(J)Q)3*:*,,I.P.//c1k111H2P22233556666P7U7V7_7J8T899:::::;C;J;;;<=_>f>q>}>>>~??=@C@-A1AAAvB~BDDDDFF.F4F5F;FFF_HeHjHpH~HHYLaLMMMMOOOO#P'PQQQQFRKRRRRRQSVSSST TUT\TTTUU]UcUlUtUVVVVWWWWWWOXUXpX|XXXYYZZ3\<\ ]]S]Y]^^^^__````a&aaab bbbc c6cBcddddddee'f-ffffggggg0hKhHRv m uBSW> ac!%!##Z$v$$$%%%%((f(s(((g)p)****++~----//T1Y1l11+2222K4S46I6667789+A1AIA~AB%CF_FeFoF7HAHIILLLRRTTT0UVVVX}XX Ye[[]]```'accddffff0hKhThe Computer Centre*C:\Webpages\Full Texts\planescape npcs.docThe Computer Centre*C:\Webpages\Full Texts\planescape npcs.docThe Computer Centre8C:\windows\TEMP\AutoRecovery save of planescape npcs.asdThe Computer Centre9C:\Webpages\Full Texts\PDF\Planescape\planescape npcs.docThe Computer Centre:C:\Webpages\Full Texts\PDF\Planescape\planescape npcs2.docThe Computer Centre9C:\windows\TEMP\AutoRecovery save of planescape npcs2.asdThe Computer Centre:C:\Webpages\Full Texts\PDF\Planescape\planescape npcs2.docThe Computer Centre9C:\windows\TEMP\AutoRecovery save of planescape npcs2.asdThe Computer Centre9C:\windows\TEMP\AutoRecovery save of planescape npcs2.asdThe Computer Centre:C:\Webpages\Full Texts\PDF\Planescape\planescape npcs2.doc ACTIVE(DocIDdoVTCASEpoVTCommandPendingPVTCurMacroFlags$oVTINITo VTypeCAPFlag$oVTypeJoinDigitFlag$o VTypeLCFlag$oVTypeNoSpaceFlag$oVTypeSpaceFlag$o VTypeUCFlag$oplanescape npcs2.doc534NONENNNN1TRUEFALSEFALSETRUEFALSEFALSE@::b::FG5CJOJQJmH 0J FGCJOJQJmH 0J ` f %%%&?&J&f'o'''//4466N7O7999999999::::::::;;;<<<!=5=======#>*>W>]>^>BBhHiHjHmHqHHHHIICIIIBMGMXX/Z8Z\\\\\]] ] ]ddddddddeefff/h0hChDhHhIhJh@Z@H@&R@8U@U@B~e@Do@Lt@>u@~dfhxzRTV|~r4y@y@F@ &.<vx@@N~@X&@j`@@(*@:@| ,@V.@@x@X@@@G:Times New Roman5Symbol3& :ArialEBlack Chancery9GaramondCViking-Normal?&Maiandra GD=Visitation"qh"fF"fFS S !>0CeCe.TITLEThe Computer CentreThe Computer Centre_݃@|`݃G $Vcbjbjَ 0h]$"D,,,PX, d,f%vEl-l-"------???????$nGbI@d-----@ 8---P 8 8 8-T--=h`-?
